SkillsFuture SME Mentors

Overview

Start grooming your employees by engaging mentors through the SkillsFuture SME Mentors programme. The initiative by SkillsFuture equips SMEs with the expertise of a mentor who will enhance your capabilities in learning and development. Qualified mentors have been carefully selected by a panel comprising representatives from Enterprise Singapore, the industry, and Institutes of Higher Learning to ensure that they have sector-specific experiences and specialised expertise in learning and development. Enterprise Singapore will then facilitate the matching process between mentors and interested SMEs.

Funding

Enterprise Singapore (ESG) provides 100% funding support to participating SMEs till December 2018.
