Human Capital and Resources

Successful businesses view human capital as a key enabler for business growth and not just as a corporate function or hygiene factor. Adopting a people-first mind-set and investing in human resources capability can contribute to your company’s overall business growth in the long term.

Having a strong human capital strategy and good HR practices will help you to be in a better position to attract and retain people for business growth. Enterprise Singapore supports companies in strengthening HR capabilities across various areas.

Supportable Activities

What can you do to attract and retain talent, upskill your people to transform and grow your business?
